We get permissions needed to convert raw land to appropriate end use based on demand e.g., residential, industrial, commercial  Develop the land with all necessary amenities based on end use - roads, water, parks, fiber, clubhouse (for resi)  Help with construction of buildings as desired by customer including permission needed and maintain the land / building e.g., warehouse (for industrial), build to suit data center (DCs), villas etc.  We also maintain the land / buildings and provide regular updates to investors.

​We shortlist, do detailed due diligence and select one out of five land parcels which fit our criteria – proximity to existing and upcoming infra, fast growing locality, clear title etc.

We invest our own capital along with investors to ensure full alignment.

Assist customers to sell their plots / holdings when needed.
