Our Offering
Urban population in India has been increasing rapidly and is expected to touch 50% (of total population) from current 35%. This would mean demand for urbanising land parcels around major cities will continue to rise. We do the heavy lifting of identifying the right land parcels, conducting detailed due diligence to determine suitability to end customers (data centers, industrial warehouses, residential, commercial etc.), develop the project with necessary infrastructure (power, water, fiber etc.), market and sell the developed land parcels.
Current Projects
We are now developing a 30 acre project in Shadnagar, which is a fast-growing town on the outskirts of Hyderabad with existing population of 110,000 which is all set to rise significantly. Shadnagar is an area getting totally transformed with data canters like Amazon, Microsoft and other job creators like Natco Pharma and MSN labs.
